About Us
We are a sister partnership from Cardiff with a shared passion for women's health, drawing on our backgrounds in environmental toxins and human health.

Rachel is an environmental scientist; specialising in chemicals and their impact on health, and a practising aromatherapist. Vicky is a Nutritional Therapist and Ayurvedic practitioner focused on healing through diet and lifestyle coaching.

​Together we created TRUE. out of frustration with the current industry legislation: where toxic ingredients in everyday products expose us to hundreds of synthetic chemicals; which accumulate and impact our health over time.
As our name suggests, True is all about transparency. Our products were formulated with nature in mind. We want you to know exactly what ingredients go into making up our products and feel confident that these ingredients are 100% natural: safe for you; safe and sustainable for the environment. All ingredients used in our products are organic and are sourced for purity.

Our Ingredients
Our ingredients are simple and time tested: coming directly from nature. The ingredients we use are pure & organic.
Although it is a legal requirement to use the Latin names on our labels, we choose to also include the common names of our ingredients so you don't need to be a chemist or a botanist to know what goes into our products.
Plant extracts
The natural scents in our products are provided by pure essential oils. We will only ever use doTERRA essential oils; Selected for their commitment to purity.
Their Certified Pure Tested Grade® (CPTG), batch testing standard requires their oil extracts be both free of pesticides and other foreign materials:
ensuring these oils are 100% above grade organic, therapeutic grade essential oils. The therapeutic qualities of these botanicals give our blends distinct physical and emotional benefits.

Our organic base oils are sourced by Swansea based company, Naissance and are
blended for their ability to nourish and care for all skin types.

Minerals
Our cleaning range is composed of traditional, earth sourced minerals and products of natural fermentation such as bicarbonate of soda, vinegar and True.'s handcrafted soaps. Making them safe for your home and safe for the environment once they are washed down the plughole!
Our packaging
Our glass packaging has been selected for it's ability to be repurposed or recycled by you at home. Our online orders, when possible are sent out in minimal, repurposed, plastic free packaging.
